open pores

i have a problem of open pores aroun cheek,forehead,chin…any suggestion???

Get a facial and they have this machine that closes them for you! Sorry don't know what its called....oh and someone once told me that you can get a chemical peel...and then they close them for you...(don't know if that's true of not....) so don't quote me on it!!

hi! hope this isn't super late but i love st. ives.. i believe the scrub i used is called blemish and blackhead control? i absolutely love it!

Scrubs and superficial exfoliants won't close large pores. There is actually not much u can do for large/open pores other than "icing" it once a day.. and using a tightening toner after cleansing.

Scrubs, toners will clean-out u're pores and prevent sebum, dead skin-cells from clogging them but won't change the size of them.

i had the same problem an someone told me to use lemon juice but didnt help so i used the st. ives scrub.
cant remember wots it called its in the bathroom it a orange color tube and its really good.
try lemon juice it might work on you
difference on the skin.

here GINA is advicing the right thing as i m having the same problem and this is the thing i m being told again n again bbut i cant use ice b/c of allergy .so havnt verfied the results yet.

Exfoliating using a soft manual brush helped me a lot. just don't over do it.

intitially yes then reduced to every 2nd day, now once a week may be.

porcelene do u have acne, blackheads too?
i ask coz if u do u can use a salicylic acid face wash(1-2%)this also reduces the pores.

do tell of alum works for u.
