Regardless of whether he actually beat the guy up... nothing excuses this behavior. People/fans might be in the wrong too, but again that doesn't excuse this type of manhandling... Younis should be ashamed - if he has any shame left that is - what a grade A a$$... and I used to think he was one of the more decent of the lot in terms of his social attitude.
I am not condoning Younus's behaviour. Even dragging the fan like that was appalling behaviour from him. It is inexcusable. But fans must also not act retarded or-else be ready to face the backlash. Younus actually seemed to be ok about it (despite the second invasion by fans) and only lost control of his emotions after he tripped over the charging fan and fell down to the ground. No cricketer (and I mean no one) likes to be approached like that by a crazy fan in the middle of the pitch. When you are trying so hard to concentrate on your game, that is the last thing you want to see. We saw how Symonds dealt with a streaker knocking him to the ground with his shoulder after he (streaker) invaded the pitch and manhandled him during a one-day game against India in 2008. While this fan did not exactly manhandle Younus, he clearly asked for it with his crazy/ chichora act..

I suppose his mistake was that he stumbled at the wrong place at the wrong time. There was no need to rush towards Younus Khan like that in the middle of the pitch. Younus only lost cool after he fell to the ground. The fan could have waited outside the ground if he was so desperate to shake Younus's hand.
And don't get me wrong, Younus's behaviour is ugly and inexcusable

And for those who think our people are chichora and jaahill then plz tell me why do we often see streakers in football and tennis matches in england, usa and other modern countries?? Are these people also chichora and jaahil people? Calling the whole awam chichora and jaahil is a st---- of a comment.

With all the security concerns in Pakistan these days, any player or celeberity would have freaked out in a situation like this, where all sorts of people were around him and anything could have happened.
Younus Khan's reaction could have been mature or better one but I dont blame him for what he did. According news articles, fans had been bugging him during the whole game and eventually he had to be escorted out of the ground when this spectator event took place that we're all seeing the video off. He would have been frustrated by that time anyway.
Now compare this to Inzi's incident in Toronto, where he was caught on camera actually beating someone because he called him 'aalo'. There is a big difference between something actually happening and getting caught on camera or being alleged to have done something.
Plus, Younus Khan does not even hit the fan in the video so what are some people here crying about? Our media is a bunch of losers who sensationalize every bit of news just to get attention.

Younus clearly has a problem with his temperament. The fan surely slipped but it is also a fact that Younus fell to the ground because of him. This was the second pitch invasion and Younus was at the end of his tether and he just took all his frustration out on this poor guy.
That being said
1. Pitch invasion is wrong anywhere IMO.
2. I am not defending Younus Khan here. Younus should not only apologize publicly to this guy but also be fined heavily and/or banned for a period of time. Dragging the poor guy like that regardless of whether or not Younus beat him up later is plain wrong. His behaviour is indefensible and inexcusable.
But why are some fans so impatient? Why can't they wait outside the ground to meet the players.

If I invade the ground during a match and run up to an already frustrated and angry Younus khan and as if that isn't bad enough, I slip and fall taking Younus with me, I would not only expect me to get dragged but also get a good beating with it :)

I think its just the frustration. When fan slip in front of him he became frustrated, whereas in video it seems that was just a mistake.
