If someone is making out with someone other than their spouse and is known for such habits (sleeping around)then it is no surprise that they may get called whore or bitch since they are truly behaving like one.
I don't believe most people would enjoy name calling. It just doesn't sound right, nor respectful, nor romantic, nor desirable unless one has really earned the title in which case it would be justified if nothing else..

Nahi I am saying that I don't believe any reasonable man would call his wife a slut or a whore. But if one is sleeping around randomly and behaving like a slut or whore than it wouldn't be too shocking.
I think you are missing the point. The dirty talk is meant to spice things up or turn things on and NOT piss our partner off. But you are right, some people might get pissed.
