Oooh Spicy!!

Guys as you know, spicy chicken biryani can burns you on the way in and on the way out. Plus it has me on the toilet every 20 minutes.

Is there anything i can take to avoid the above said side effects?

Re: Oooh Spicy!!

hmmm yes
drink two glasses of milk before you eat the chicken
it will reduce the time you use the toilet to 15 min.

Re: Oooh Spicy!!

I can't handle spicy things

Re: Oooh Spicy!!

lolz.....try to eat a less spicier biriyani!! :S and may b drink isabgol....:S

Come on yar spice is good! I can't handle spicy food either but I would never eliminate it from my diet. Cayenne pepper, for example, has amaaaazzzziinnggg health effects!

PS: if a person is injured and bleeding, give him/her a cup of warm water with a teaspoon of cayenne pepper in it (or even put some on the cut!!) and the bleeding will stop before you can count to ten... guaranteed! and it has also proven to work in heart strokes.. Spicy and oucchh .. but it works!

Re: Oooh Spicy!!

i love spicy

Re: Oooh Spicy!!

use alot of yogurt

Sorry I may be a little late to respond! ;)

That is very unusual just because it was spicy. It seems you had some case of food poisioning. Many are self limited.

Next time eat after good heating.
It could be salad or other uncooked items you ate with biryani which caused the problem.

Now if you had some ingredients which you have food allergy then try to find the ingredients. Many times it is very difficult to find that item.

Feeling spicy down there is just natural if spicy food moves fast downward, so I will second the ice advice! You could have tried Sitz bath too...... :)
