I usually work out in mornings on empty stomach. Somebody told me long time ago and it became a habit. Now it’s been scientifically proven as well.

I think we have to differentiate between "empty stomach", "hungry" and "starving"
My two cents:
Work out on first one but not on the later two. Be it protein bar but there gotto be something IMO

It'll definitely help (unless there are lactose issues). One of the best kinda protein.

The simple solution for your problem is that you should gain weight with a consultation to your doctor or physicians as he will guide you properly how to gain weight and the natural way to gain weight is to eat healthy food.

It is true that if you want to gain weight then you must do some exercise when you are hungry. As this will definitely help you to gain weight because it will increase your appetite and after workout, you need to the take lots of energy and proteins to regain your stamina and strength.
