I dont know what city this is, but I saw a program on Discovery where they documented this temple and the beliefs of the Hindu community. According to the documentary, white mice are treated as superior to black and are thought to be divine entity. People seek them out for some reason, i dont remember.
The community doesn't mind eating and drinking from the same plate as the mice. In fact, if my memory serves me right, the remainder of this milk is drank by the followers at the end of the day.
