MUNDAPAKISTANI, i have seen that uniform here in texas, HPD cops dont wear it but some other police from small cities do.. if i am not wrong, BellAire policemen do wear similar uniform, and also some rural police do

they have cops on horses in croweded cities, mainly downtown areas…
seen 'em here in San Jose, don’t remember if i saw any in San Francisco…
