sorry to burst your bubble people but the pic is definitely photoshoped. For 2 main reasons
No where in USA, I ever saw an outdoor escalator. That is a fire and electric shock hazard in case of rain.
Notice the shade of the staircase side walls on the bottom floor. The length of the shadow is different, larger on right side and decreasing.
I can find more things that are wrong with this picture but for now this will do
