How reliable are online websites when booking flights/tours overseas? Would you rather go to a travel agent in person or is it safe enough to book something online and obviously you’re finding a better deal. has anyone booked anything through affordabletours.com; any reviews, comments? Please and thank you.
Travelocity is very reliable. I actully booked a trip through them last month. it included airfare, hotel, and car it was cheaper than expedia, priceline and orbitz but rates on these sites change constantly. After i booked my trip next day i booked the same trip again and it came out to be $100 cheaper so i called them and they gave me refund for $100 so from my experience i can say travelocity is very reliable. I am sure priceline, orbitz, expedia are too but im not sure about affordabletours.com.

Hi Noman, travelocity, expedia etc. sites are quite good but they do flights/hotels/cars but not escorted/guided tours..which is what I am looking for. I am a little hesitant going through an online travel agent and it's odd that they would offer the exact same tour through the same operator but at a cheaper price.
