I live in sweden and will be soon visiting my nands shadi but as i study i wont be able to stay in pak for long i will visit pak few days before her wedding and leave few days after… The problem is about the cloths i cant let anyone else buy the cloths for me and the cloths on net seems to be extreamly expensive does anyone have any experience with online shopping???
I love the cloths on bargello.com but they r very expensive… i was wondering if there is a shop in karachi where you can get ready made kaam in stylish cloths and just make to your size… i am adding some ex they are very heavy but heavy cloths are worn in my susral and i am new bride myself..
For nikah
For mehndi
And some nice saree for mehndi…
U guys know so much about fashion so plzz help me out…
thanx
i hane ordered from bargello .they r expensive but the material they use is good because recently i ordered from gifts2east i didn't like the material .but both r good in customer service .If u r going to order on line give them atleast one month that's how long bargello took to mail mine.but for sur it is more cheaper if u had them made just give the designs to any of your relatives in pakistan.
Thats the prob i dont trust any relative the designs i gave the they said that dood walis bahu had worn it which i thaught was very stupid comment kya dood wali ki bahu ka dil nai??? i told them to make blue dress they made yellow... do get what i mean?? what freaked me out most that they made there dresses like the pics i sended and mine totally diff thats why i have sent this msg as if someone has some ideas...
I guess your best bet will be shop on line then. With limited time in hands its really hard to get good dress because usually they have just the samples in designer boutiques u have to select and order and i takes time. Why don't u order one dress and go for saree for walima .You can find really nice sarees and stitching the blouse will not take long at all.
thanx for the replies i checked out the gifts2east site but i think bargello seems to have better designs... when u ordered from bargello was it stict or non stich??? and were you satisfied with the colour and embroidery???
Do u guys know any other site which sell nice and reasonable priced cloths????
thanx
i was stitched and exactly the same as in the pic .the febric is really nice.I know gifts2east is not that great but i wanted something fr eid .you can also try
hinab.com
i was just talking to my niece in pakistan she told me that the kundan work is really in
now days because its her wedding too in april .if she send me some sites to lok for dresses i will pass that on to u too.
Thanx for ur replies.... well do u have any example of of kundan kaam????
keep me update if u get hold of any site or if u get info on any got shop in karachi...

Don't bother with online crap. Just go to any boutique in Karachi, and get it sewn from a darzi as soon as possible.. i dun think it wud take more than a week to get 2-4 outfits made..
Since ure a new bride, don't you have anything from your inlaws or your own outfits?
yes i do but i dont want to repeat cloths and i have never had chanse to make pakistani cloths of my own choice i want to wear nice cloths that i like....

GOOD LUCK
:)
could u plz send me the origal and net pic of the suit that u bought from bargello???
U know guys bargello has all the designer made dresses photos. They copy the dresses from them, and charge almost the same price as u would to get it from the real designers. U know if u r paying for a Prada...it better be a real Prada...Not a "Prado"....online designer sites are improving day by day like www.mariab.com, tazeenhassan.com etc
Any more ideas??? do u guys know nice shops in karachi that sell reasonable fashionable cloths i mean party dresses upto 10.000-15.000rs is fine for me or i could go further if i find a really nice one but is it enough for a nice party dress??
