My sisters have started their small business of ready made lady garments. And to advertise, they were suggested to make an account on E-bay, and post the pictures of the dresses they have designed so far. I'll let you know the confirmed details later InshAllah

Ebay is the perfect way of getting your product and your website publicity, the better reviews you get from buyers the more well known you'll become, more people will know that you're a reliable, dependable seller.

why don't you use GS for your promotion ? and why wait till the site get done?

make a project plan - get your go live date and a month earlier to that - start marketing !

for a starter - a surprising introductory banner on GS main page would do the job ... you know something like ' XYZ ( use your Business name here) is coming ' .

write a introductory blog here and there !

make them stand on their toes for a month you know !

and I hope - due to your long affiliation with GS - Azkar and co would give a little space to ya for free or for minimal charges .

And me - if you want me to write a business plan with exit strategy than I do take both - cash or card , no bother :)

Thanks Elegance , yes I am aware of ebay … lekin i am not a big fan of it … perhaps its because I havnt used it much … but I know alot of people who are making money off ebay , a handsome earning actually …:hmmm:
