Has anyone here ever have the misfortune of dealing with such individuals? People who lie and make up another personality just for fun? Is that fun or is the joke really on them?
Do you think such people can ever justify themselvs?
Of course its just the internet and it doesnt really matter too much, but considering the thought processes one must go through to consiously make up another life and personality…not to mention the effort it takes to lie so much…

Some people just get a sick kick out of making fools out of others. It's an ego and power thing ... the power to make others believe what you want them to. If anything, it's incredibly deceitful and the truth eventually comes out.

somtimes its a joke, but only if everyone knows about it, ie if i start acting, u know its me, like with chandbeti and her alias, she was funny, but she never wilfully took the piss, if anything it was common knowledge and if u didnt know it was becasue u were out the loop.
however to befreind someone on false premises to gain their trust and so forth, it takes a sick individual

i think its sick too …trying to gain someones trust based on lies is awful and i pity the people who do…i think the fun element of it all is aimed at the people who do such things…in the end…people are laughing at them not with them

Oh my God I have done that so many times. I thought I was the only one I often say ke "I have to go my hubby needs me" However sometimes they have the nerve to say you're not married!
