Does anyone know about any kind of service which allow me to pay my bills in UAE while i don’t have a bank-account in UAE … mean kinda service which includes money transfer into a bank-account to UAE from Europe (Germany) with minimal fee … My bank wants to charge around 15 USD for a amount below 300 USD but above 300 USD they’ll charge 30 USD and it’ll around 10 days … that’s too expensive and too slow for me …
