I hope everyone is having a blessed Ramzan so far.
My question is that me and my hubby have started med school and were seriously thinking of obtaiing our MBA’s for future purposes, ie., starting our own practice and since medicine=business we figured it would be a very worthy degree of having.
Are there any notable well-esteemed online MBA programs out there? We don’t have time (with med school and all) to actually take classes at a campus.
There are a number of distance learning programs available these days. You don't get the additional benefits of a Full Time MBA ie networking, learning from peers, etc but these days some of the courses are as good academically as the Full time course.
You can look up the various courses on offer on the net, I would recommend Warwick Business School in UK as it is one of the best schools around and one of the pioneers of distance learning.
I would suggest concentrating on ur med school first... get it out of the way, get some experience under your belt and then think about MBA etc.... being totally green and jumping into MBA while doing med school doesnt sound like a great idea.
Online MBA's are wonderful but can be tricky if you dont know much about them. I am looking into it myself right now...I was looking at a school in the US though...are you as well?
