Question:- If a person wants to do ONLINE Nikaah with his net friend, if both never met earlier, what requirements are needed for it and will it be acceptable?

its usually avoided as most of theses online nikkah's are misleading and fraudulent.
I'd tell you to avoid it but most don't listen, so do what you will.
