How many of you have used online jobsites and what has your experience been.
I used monster and careerbuilder a few years back and I had a great response, unfortunately it seemed like sometime they did not really read the resume.
I worked on a strategy project for a phramaceutical company as an internal consultant and it involved EDI strategy. I kept getting calls from people who were looking for EDI techies, my resume clearly indicated that I was not in a technical role and it peeved me a bit.
Regardless, I had some good opportunities that came up as well. what do you think?
