I think the best way to order dresses online or from far away is to do a custom order. There are some really affordable custom order businesses...I have used:
ghazisfashion, or you can also try another custom order business which i have used which is Classic Apparels. Classic apparels are very reasonable in their prices, although they do charge for shipping.
I send them a picture of the kind of outfit I want and they give me quote, you can contact them at classicapparels at g mail , they also sell outfits on e-bay.
if you just want to buy direct from online boutiques, I like gifts2east, there prices are reasonable compared to other online boutiques, also try emarkaz
