What are the Pros and Cons of doing an online degree? Does reputed universities give online Masters degrees?

Masters programme is the one where you get all the experience and network with people from different background. One should not consider online degree unless working full time or facing other constraints which make attending university impossible. It is not what you learn from books and articles that is important but rather the experience of going through a real university.
