online books n crap

aggghhh its so annoying!!! I ordered this book in sept n they sent me the wrong book, then they said they sent me a package n then they are like fine we will send u the rest of the package and now they are saying the book they sent is all they have :grumpy: wth, seriously i paid fifty bucks for this book n didnt even get to use it n the book they sent is worth like 20 so I cant even sell it on top of everything else, i basically went through the whole semester without a freaken book!!! ecampus ppl did that..i have been emailing them since then, should i just keep emailing till they give up or is there anything i can do about it?
can i sue em :mad:

if you have proof or your actual order and all their email correspondence, than you pretty much can - but over $50, I dunno if tis worth yer time.

What may work better is a gentle note to the customer service people to ask them to refund your money and provide a self-addressed envelope for you to send back the wrong book. You can also threaten to disclose your negative experience on newsgroups and e-pinions online... hehe, I did that once... the company obliged right away.

why didn't you try amazon or b&n or something more genuine and trustworthy?

i dont know..i am stupid liek that..it was like two cents cheaper or something :rolleyes: hmmm i guess thats wat i will threaten them with next time..

on ecampus ? :expressionless: even that happend with me 2 times on ebay :smack2: and some other online sites too so now i’m fuzzy to shop on line :mad:
