Your authority can be at any level. (President, PM, CM, Governor, MNA, MPA, Senator, IG, DIG, Inspector, Constable, CEO, etc)
Please select your designation and one thing you will going to change or bring in system.

PM and focus on education for the long term. However it was only 1 thing and 1 thing only for a short term, take the richest people in Pakistan and get all the money they stole and then have them mysterious get run over by a car 30 times.

Hmm.. the choice is interesting. I’d probably be a CM from the given list. And among a zillion things I would like to incorporate the system of check & balance.. A transparent accountability from top to down especially in govt institutions.
Now why did i not chose to be a PM/President.. Nah, its too much of a mess :chai:

That you can do without being a authority as well.. There are several social organizations working on these projects worldwide. You get it done in Pakistan. Go for it.

Not with accuracy.
There are water filter designs on youtube easy enough to make.
That would eliminate most of the germs.
But how you can test and make sure water is clean of all deadly bacteria ?

PM with substantial backing in parliament and senate.
Implement one law:
From this day forward, the children and grandchildren of members of all legislative bodies, senators, military officers at or above rank of Colonel, employees of federal or provincial governments at or above grade 17 shall be REQUIRED to study ONLY in schools, colleges and universities run by the government in the geographical area of their current appointment or domicile (unless they receive full tuition fee waiver from any of top 500 universities in the world).
