I do not have enough knowledge about the Ahmedi Faith. Mirza Sahab has aroused my cuirosity, and the violence against his followers has fueled it.
I think And I hope that all the people on this forum strongly condemn the violence against the Ahmedi people in Pakistan.Atleast this much we all should agree upon that no community should be declared Kafir by a Goverment in Power.
As long as there is no enforcement of opinion all debates heated, insulting, abusive and loud still remain constructive.
But I would have to disagree with anyone who censors the Ahmedi opinion or wants to use the instrument of legislative majority to voice their own perspective.
I totally agree with you Stud. I've been watching this forum for some time now, and I too have taken an interest in understanding what the Ahmadiyyah Movement of Islam is about. I've read some things, but everytime I ask about what I have read I get contradictions. There are some things I know though; and that is that Ahmadis believe in Allah and they believe in the Prophet Muhammed (SAW). They pray and fast as we do, and are good people. I know there are some differences that arise when it comes to Mirza Ghulam Ahmed and honestly I don't know if those differences throw them into the realm of disbelief, but it's really not for me to say, I'll leave that up to Allah.
It's too bad the rest of the world can't think this way.
