One Sardarji's Joke

Once upon a time, quite a few years ago few pakistani youngsters went to india to visit relatives and for sight seeing. One of them told this

We went to dehli, hired a taxi. The driver was a Sardar ji. We told him that we came from pakistan and want to see dehli’s historical places. The sardardji was very warm and jolly fellow. He told us to relax and enjoy our journey. He showed all around the city, almost all the noteworthy place and areas. We developed friendship and frankness… Discussions starting from films, songs, politics, sports finally reached jokes. one friend cracked a Sardarji joke. Upon noticing that Sardarji did not mind the joke , we started cracking more jokes… some were crude but Sardarji did not mind them either.

At the end of our guided tour we thanked and hugged that Sardarji Taxi driver and paid him for tour. When we were about to leave, sardarji gave me a 20 rupee note and instructed me to "give it away to the First Sardar you see begging ! "

The same guy told : “We stayed in India for a month or so and then came back to Pakistan and that 20 rupee note is still in my pocket.”

The story i heard. Dont know about its credibility :vivo:

Re: One Sardarji's Joke

heard the same joke awhile ago but visitors were not from pak but some western country. however, its true that you'll hardly see any sardarji begging. they are proud people who believe in working hard for their money. one of the factor why they are so successful in foreign countries.
