I mean what the hell, why can’t ppl just say “ek naan do kabab” ?

What is with ppl speaking english when its easier to speak urdu.

I mean the person who takes order and can under stand kabab and naan would be able to understand ek aur do.

maybe they find it easier to speak in english? kabhi poocha hai kisi se ja ke?
