One Embarrassing moment.....

:hmmm: Quite embarrasing…

Yesterday, dad came from work, he was sitting down watching TV and my mom was also there, both were talking and watching Tv.

I went in the room said “Salam” to both and sat down with them and started talking to dad. While talking my dad asked me to do him a favor and i was yeah sure why not so he said:

Dad: "Kaal ko bank jaana aur mere bank statment lee kar ana, kyon ki main work par hoon ga isiliey (Go to bank tomorow and get the bank statement for me since i will be working tomorow so i am asking you to do it)

Me: App fikar na karo, kaam ho jae ga..(Rest assured, your work will be done)

Dad: Shabaash! Then he look’s at my mom, smiles and says "Aaakhir beta kiska hai?!

On that time my mom didnt said a single word, she just kept quiet…because she knew it i’ll mess it up

Next day, same place and same time

I went in the room started talking to my dad, after a while he ask me “You got the statement?”

Me: Kaun see statement?

Him: You mean u didnt get it?

Me: Oh the bank statement? Oh no sorry i forgot, jus could’nt remember it, am sooo sorry :bummer:

Him: Koi haal nai!

Than my mom looks at my dad, smiles and say’s “Aakhir beta kis ka hai?”:cb:

Than my dad said to me “Karwa dee na mere izaat”, i felt so embarrased on that time…and than again i apologised, after a while he was like okay don’t worry…it’s kewl…

My was still smiling on that time and said “Shaz beta, don’t worry it’s okay is main tumhari ghalti nahi hai”…

I really have this bad bad habbit of forgettin things, :smack: :smack: don’t know why, other day i went to college without my id card :smack: :bummer: and than i had to go back home to get it and missed half the lesson…:crying:

hahah thats pretty funny! the timing of your mom's response was just perfect!..

Unfortunately, I have the exact same problem. Everytime my parents ask me to do something, I always forget. I never used to have my cards and ids in one place when I was in university but then when I started working, I tried to be a lil more organized.

I knew it was coming, since my mom knows me better than dad…:smiley:

U know sometime it gets annoying, today my mom sent me to go do some shopping, everything was fine up until i went to the store and i actually forgot what i had to buy :smack:

Came home with only half the things, mom was like why didnt u phone me and asked me? I was like “Woh bhi bhool gaya” :smack:

And than she said “Hay allah, kab isko aqaal aae gai” :bummer:

Well on the other hand it’s embarrassing too for me at least :bummer:

But yeah i did felt like laughing when mom said “Beta kis ka hai” but don’t know how, i managed to stay quiet :smiley:

ohhh goshh!

the other day an uncle phoned to ask for my mum because he had some imp. documents to send over or something. so he told me to not to forget to remind my mum to phone him back as he is very busy. my mum came and days went by. after about 5 days my uncle called talking to my mum and asking like why she didn’t call back. and she was like ‘hain tu teh call hi ni maari si’ (you didnt even give a bell) and then i looked up and i was like :|:|:| and my mum gave me that really angry stare and i was like…oh boy..

and yeah, stupid me always frogets to tell my mum when someone calls or not :smack:

Other day my sister friends called, i picked up the phone and said she’s (my sis) is not here than she said, ok no problm when she comes tell her to ring me…I was like u dont worry i will…

later on i completely forgot, and when my sister find out “She gave me this little slap on back of my head” and said “Uloo kabhi tu kuch yaad rakha karo” I was like :bummer:

I dont think i will forget anything important, it’s just that i can’t remember these minor things for some reason but apart from this everything else is fine!

Are you by any chance talking about Profile messages? If yes. than yeah i know it is blocked and i did it myslef…
