See the following from the three oft-cited sources for the same ayath and note the enormity.
Translation: Yusufali
[adh-Dhariyat 51:47] With power and skill did We construct the Firmament: for it is We Who create the vastness of space.
Translation: Pickthall
[adh-Dhariyat 51:47] We have built the heaven with might, and We it is Who make the vast extent (thereof).
Translation: Shakir
[adh-Dhariyat 51:47] And the heaven, We raised it high with power, and most surely We are the makers of things ample.
So, you see Thap - ayaths are being customized to suit various ends.

2). ** --sura 21, verse 33:
"(God is) the One Who created the night,and day, the sun and the moon. Each one is travelling in an orbit with its own motion." **

the reference from above ayath that you quote:
** " Each one is travelling with its own motion" ** is False per laws of Science & Physics.
No celestial body moves with its own mtion (movement). This is like saying the Earth moves around the Sun on its own motion- movement; or, float or, swimming along.

There can be hundreds of interpretation to the ayath.
Consider this:
The Quran calls the Sky - a canopy or a shade.
The Quran calls Stars - lamps in the sky.
The Quran likens Earth to - Carpet rolled out held in place by mountains which are firm & unmovable.
So, with verses like the above for Sky, Star & Earth - you can manage to find the big-bang theory in the above ayth is really fascinating.
Since, you did not post the sura & aya number I could not compare with other translations.

4). ** sura 55, verse 33: "O assembly of Jinns and Men, if you can penetrate regions of the heavens and the earth, then penetrate them! You will not penetrate them save with a Power."
Effectively mans and (aliens?) conquest of space through escaping gravity. **

Your imagination concludes this ayath as referring to conquest of space & aliens - Amazing.
Actually, I see this ayath as saying the same thing which the Quran emphasizes over & over:
" * Nothing is possible with the Power or without Allah.*"
Finally, you see Thap,
Religion is a tricky affair. People go to amazing length to believe, like the following aya that you cited to impose your beliefs upon me or to shut me up.
** "Nay! We hurl the Truth against falsehood and it does smash it’s brains and thus it perishes. And woe be to you for what you describe (with your tongues)" [Surah 21:18] **
