Shoaib Akhtar is very much there. He talks a lot and doesn't do much.

If Akhter had ever done anything to support Akram and his betting fantasies.......:D

Re: One bad apple is always there

Man that was nasty! He shouldn’t have done that. The other guy wasn’t a professional cricketer.

Re: One bad apple is always there

and he asks him...did you learn your lesson. LOL

Re: One bad apple is always there

Yeah, that was pretty mean of him. Felt sorry for the poor guy facing him. He wasn’t wearing anything to protect his chest, and Wasim should have been considerate of that.

Re: One bad apple is always there

bhai lota jee, why do you always type your id at the end of each of your post. by they way your id is wonderful.

What do you think of the Pakistani team's current form?

They have improved in the last year and Bob Woolmer did a great job. One bad apple is always there, Shoaib Akhtar is very much there. He talks a lot and doesn't do much. He comes up with amazing phrases like 'I'm a jumbo jet, I'm a Ferrari.' Instead of just performing and playing.

Now there is a news flash....

Re: One bad apple is always there

Poor Bhimani … He looked like a 5 year old in helmet n pads… wasim shouldn’t have done that no matter what! and he too was smiling in the end !! :nono4:

Re: One bad apple is always there

It was his own fault challenging Akram and thus paying the price.

The pic on the bottom of that page of Akram looks really weird I mean really really weird.

Re: One bad apple is always there

lol

he has looked weirder in the show on TV :fraudia:

Re: One bad apple is always there

Man I am just waiting for THE GAME. He is going to come and will try to prove how Wasim was not a Legend and him saying something is really stupid and how we should not listen to him as he is a drug addict and how he took bets and he is NOTHING compare to Shoaib Akhtar and he is Just jealous of Shoaib gutts.

Man it is going to be fun !

Re: One bad apple is always there

^ I won't deny i had that in mind when i opened this thread. Unfortunately Mr Game seems to be busy elsewhere.

Re: One bad apple is always there

*You, sir, are an idiotic shmuck. Now stop being so obsessed with me. Really.

Moving on, Wasim Akram has played with Shoaib and led him when he started his career. He would know best. I don't argue much over the point that Akhtar is a showboat; he loves attention, I admit that. The only problem is that he is the best test level bowler in the country. You can't win test matches with pie throwers like Sami and Razzaq. I don't know why I have to repeat this point so many times for you Shoaib bashing bandwagoners. Even many of you people (Excluding peabrains like SalmanNY ofcourse) would also admit that you would want him in your test team unless he is injured. Nobody can point fingers at his performance, and his off-the-field activities should be none of anyone's concerns. If he is not fully fit, even I would not want him in the team. I don't know what is so illogical about my viewpoints regarding him to be honest. Really.

P.S: Wasim Akram is my all time favourite cricketer, so bashing him is out of the question. *

Re: One bad apple is always there

Mr Game, sir.

Sami and Razzaq might be pie throwers on their own but combined as a team they throw a pie that Shoaib Akhtar cant even dream of baking. And razzaq can do a lot with the stick too.

It seems you have already forgotten so allow me to refresh your memory. It is these pie throwers who drew a match against (at that time) worlds #3 ranking test team India. And its these pie throwers who also happened to beat (at that time) world's #3 ranking test team India in the last match. And its these pie throwers that drew a 3 test match series against (at that time) worlds #3 ranking test team India. All this while (at that time) Pakistan was #8 ranking test team of the world.

And no sir i do not want Shoaib Akhtar on my test team. Take a poll if you wish. Nobody here (Excluding intellectuals like yourself ofcourse) would like Shoaib Akhtar on his team. A test level bowler needs to be able to bowl atleast 40 overs per innings. Which unfortunately is a tad bit more than the 3 overs per innings that Shoaib Akhtar has to offer.

Sincerely,
Captain Lota

Re: One bad apple is always there

Did i read it wrong or he blamed Waqqar for the 2003 world cup loss?
