Also, Dr. AQ Khan wasnt really a big player in the nuclear development, it was Dr. Samar Mubarak and his PAEC. Dr. Khan’s KRL, all they did was nuclear refinement. They werent even asked to do anything when Pakistan was getting ready to test fire the nukes, and then AQ Khan lodged a complaint. Read the link below, its an interesting read.
