So did you publish an EOI or RFQ ? , if not then you should be looking for a Business proposal not Response for Proposal … and he might be dealing with RFI ( request for information ) not RFPs .

It is you , the client who should be issuing RFP … not the vendors , they will be submitting their response to your RFP ..

Darling in this scenario - it is RFQ ( request for quotation ) or RFP ( request for pricing ) not proposal - as he is already registered as an eligible vendor

we are all very bright people at work. but yesterday my frand was like hey why don’t they use a 20 tap DFE for OFDM RX, and i was like vaat u mean istupid! just do regular QAM then UKP kaheen ka!

You'd be surprised at how that can work. I worked for Best Buy in high school and there was a gentleman who bought a computer and decided that he should also be given a free printer. Why? Probably because he was gangster like that. This guy went from manager to manager, hounding them for the free printer. After an hour or so, one of the managers got fed up and just gave him the printer.

Moral of the story: women on GS are feminazis. Wait what? Wrong thread...
