Request For Proposal…for vendors to bid on contracts…the fool I was talking to came in with no appointment, no introduction, wanting to offer custodial/janitorial services for our school..when I explained that we are currently in a contract with another company and bidding will open up for next year this summer, submit an RFP (we’re a public school) all I got was blank stares…and then “well I cleaned at the Univ of ___” and did a good job there".
Umm..ok…
