OMG.... I saw the baby move

I went for the nuchal translucency test yesterday… I’m at 12 weeks now and OMG, my little one was kicking and pushing itself up and kind of bouncing then it even waved its arms… totally awesome, MashaAllah… I wish I had taken my husband along but I wasn’t really expecting this and only took him for the first sonogram with my OB/GYN.

This was really something else… and I couldn’t help but sharing. For 30 mins or so I saw the baby move and kick and be so active, I was just awe-struck.

Thank you ladies for all your well wishes… it was just so different from my first pregnancy… I guess my daughter was a lazy baby :cb:, I never saw her move during the sonograms, and she only kicked a little in my 3rd trimester so this was definitely like wow.
I didn’t even know babies started moving this early :slight_smile:

MashALLAH. Did you ask for the gender (even though it’s too early to tell)? :smiley:

My 12 weeks scan was done with in less than 10 mins and when I asked if it’s possible to tell whether it’s a boy or a girl, they told me “it’s too small and they all look the same at this point”. :grumpy:

I got to see my baby at 8 weeks too and I could see the heartbeat…it was sooo amazing. I was in love. :love: BTW, do you know your baby probably already has picked a favorite spot (right side or left side) and is probably gonna stay there until s/he is born. :smiley:

I know,its such an amazing thing…first to see a tiny bean like thing with a heartbeat,then to see the baby move and then to actually feel the baby move…Mashallah…
ok now I miss being pregnant…:bummer:
