Please choose omega 3 oil that comes from fish. It is the best.

yeah thats what i heard too.

but the flexseed oil version is very hard to find in pakistan as it has to be fresh and stored in fridge.

looking for anyone with info if they have seen that type in isb/ pindi etc.
