That does not look like a Waseem Noor dress at all...possibly Mehdi.

Doesn't look like it's any particular designer. If it's from Naz Fashion Bug, it was probably one of the no-name dresses in her store. It's beautiful though and I think it really looks nice against that lush green setting. What a beautiful country chic theme for like a Nikah or shower, so beautiful.
