I am assuming "views" here does not just mean pictures but also viewpoints :D

okay one thing i cant stand is the damn commentrators and analysts..its not just limited to US, I noticed the same in UK and Pakistan

if the team/athelete is winning, all is okay he/she rocks and what nots. The moment they start to trail or it appears they will lose, the onslaught of excuses start

"he injured his shoulder 3 months ago and it appears it is becoming a factor"

"so and so's concentration has been affected due to events in such and such place because... (pickone) he is from there/his brother is there/ his family is there"

"the new ranking system has really confused some participants"

o bhai logo, be a sportsman...every athelete there has a life outside of sports... family issues, health and injury issues, polticial issues in their lands..some are affected more some are less but at the end of the day whoever does the best that day wins.

analysis is fine of what factors could hamper an athelete's performance but presenting it as if that factor was not there this guy/gal would have kicked everyone's arse is insulting to the other atheletes who have won.

They won not because this guy could not deliver for whatever reasons that day, they won because that day with everything happening to everyone, they managed to have the best performance..simple as that.

i never find Olympics interesting - tho i'll watch women's beach volleyball. :D

^ they look like guys in drag

…do they? :konfused:
