which olive oil brand you use for cooking?

we actually use Olive oil just to marinate or to do tarkas. To cook daily food, we use grape seed oil (also COSTCO brand)

I try not to use oil at all but when I do I use grape seed as well.

Don't use it to cook it gives the food a weird taste.

Greek cold pressed extra virgin olive oil is very good . Be careful when cooking with it as it can transfer its taste to the food. Check where its made and if it has a dark colour.

Pomace is fine as well , specially for our desi food

We only use olive oil in our cooking n can't tell the difference if its been cooked in olive oil, think it maybe takes a bit of time to develop a taste for it being used but we have been using it for over 15 years now.
It is pomace olive oil that we use. Extra virgin olive oil is mainly used for salad dressings, not for cooking.
