See most of us live in the west....u cannot go out a lead a procession with 500 people and start swearing at jews or....start speaking bad of christians..if you do that...u will be arrested for " HATE CRIME"
Pakistan should do solid legal framework and declare it a hate crime to swear sahabas....thats a very secular solution....( Personally if i am the policy maker..i would do something more strict)
Well the are not main stream Islamic scholar....the first one is some Psuedo Self made imaam and as a Sunni Muslim I tell you that we disown this guy. We have nothing to do with guy....and his opinions. He doesn't reflect main stream sunni thoughts.

renowned scholar... studied many years in Karachi in KU and under scholars - Madarsa-e-Naeemiya (if I remember correctly)...

And a woman who live with a man after getting married she don't deserve any thing from where this concept comes in Islam. For a naik and family oriented woman there is no life and rights after marriage. As sons of those Kaneezis and londies changes laws after getting in to politics Family oriented girls ( I beleive they are the one because of them Islam is still existing) They care about intigrity in husband and wife relations, not have any relations out of their marriage taking care of their children and care of his home. She can be cick out any day any time without a reason she and her kids needs to be homeless and a seceret merriage (khufiya shadi ) become important? and these breed(prostitutes) they ask for money house etc because they told man I am going to eave my profession because of you I am on peek of my career so I need finacial security and man will give her every security but not to a nyk khandani larki. Mutah and keeping women without nikkah was a pre Islamic Arab tradition. The Prophet (PBUH) abondoned it and declared it haraam during conquest of Khyber.
Two things were prohibited duriny conquest of Khyber
1. Donkey Meat
2. Mutah ( Keeping women without Nikkah)
But Most shias blame Hazrat Omer Razi Ala talaa for putting an end to Mutah.
The reality is that Mutah is very much against Islamic teachings and was declared Haraam by the Prophet himself!
