How do legal elders who have never paid taxes in the US but living here as dependents qualify for social security if at all they do? What is the process and age to go about it.

dont know, i thought u needed 40 credits in social security to get benefits, not sure of what is the minimum for each credit, i think $1K so takes about a decade to qualify. you may want to double check though, exclusions, special conditions etc may apply
