there was a game called Bandar Gilla.. I thnk.. kher.. it was like aik rassi hoti hai.. usko zameen main kissi cheez say ghar daytay hain and dossra end chor (the denner or in local zaban bandar) keh hath main hota hai.. phir us jaga jaha rassi zameen main hoti hai.waha kuch zheezain rakh daytay hain.. like chappals..
the idea was to bring out as many things as possible form the bandar eg.. throw a chappal at those things.. and they would fly out.. if the bandar dropped the rassi, he would be out.. or if he touched someone then he would be the denner/bandar..
get ma point.. ? gali main kheltay thay .. it was phun..
phir chupan chupayee.. langree pala.. Polo .. marbels.. etc..

And I think i know wht game u are talking about.. there was another one,..
boys and girls would sit in a big circle.. eyes closed.. one person would go round the circle and leave something at teh back or touch someone on the head.. and that pesron would have to do something.. hehe.

TIP TOP was the most played game ever. It was like a "Pakrram Pakrraee" one poor person was assigned job to touch or catch anyone and the rest of the players used to run around him/her, if any of thoes players said "TIP" and sat down then he/she could only stand if any of his/her companian said "TOP" by touching his/her hand. Also the person who was pakrring people could not catch that person who was sitting "TIP". There was no "Two Times" in it lolz
What about the "Oonch Neech" it was just the same as "Tip Top" but a lil different. "Pitthoo Gol Garam" is also played even by the teenagers and under twenties lolz
