A classic from the archive. Your grand-dad was a handsome guy! and he has looks of some Maharaja of India. Just imagine...how safely your Dad has maintained this almost 68 years old pic...and how it must have been carried fom one hand to another in the family.

Not my Dad but my Mom...has treasured some old pics of 30s-40s which now have been distributed amongst us five brother and sisters.

^ 30s and 40s wow. On another note: I always like to see older pics and compare the fahsion of today with the trend back then and most of the time realise that the trend that is so popular amongst us today because it's "new & different" might actually have been inspired by stuff that was worn 60 years back or 70 years back :)

FASHION…!!! here…see how your Country’s former Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz dressed—way back in 1957…in this B&W taken on my 8th birthday at 50-D, Garden Road, Karachi.

Shaukat and myself have been next door neighbors from 1951 through 1962…and we didn’t loose our touch when we walked different ways to pursue our higher studies and careers;

Also in the pic is Lahore’s famous Pediatrician Dr. Sajid Maqbool of Sheikh Zayed Hospital…
