Here’s a link containing old pictures of the Bachchan family. I’ve always been curious about Jaya Bachchan. I think she looks unhappy/ serious in the pics. And even now…when you see her in events…she looks unhappy…like she’s been through a lot. I’ve heard/read about the affair that Amitabh had with Rekha while he was married to Jaya…and that must have been tough on her. And perhaps that affair has been over for a long time…but sometimes I think that she herself is not 100% over it…cuz her facial expressions at events usually reflect some sort of tension/inner turmoil. Maybe I’m wrong…could just be her personality…but anyone else ever notice or feel that way?
And I know that Aishwarya (before it was announced that she’s preggo) looked a bit “off” in pictures with the weight again…but there was something about her that appeared unhappy despite the smile, etc. I’m not a fan of hers…but she doesn’t appear completely happy to me all the time.
Hmm, yeah she does look pretty solemn in most of those pictures, being married to one of bollywood's hugest stars and probably envied by many, you'd think she'd smile a *little! *
I agree that Jaya looks pretty in the pics. I wasn't really asking about how well each of them looks. I was wondering if anyone else also thought that Jaya looks grim whenever you see her in pics or on TV....like she's had a tough life (couldn't have been easy with Amitabch running around on her)....but when I look at her face...I've always thought that maybe she hasn't wholeheartedly forgiven him.
