Old Artificial Jewellery

Guys what do you do with your old artificial Jewels ? I have some that are still usable , I mean they are in good condition , but I am just so bored of them and really i have moved on to wearing silver and white jewellery … so the previous one is all lying around …

Cant even gift it to sisters/cousins and dont feel like throwing it away either … what do you guys suggest? :konfused:

Re: Old Artificial Jewellery

Sell it on ebay... or give it to the charity shops

Re: Old Artificial Jewellery

Give it to my nieces for role play.

Yes, what he...she(?) said! :)

Re: Old Artificial Jewellery

:hmmm: so no other choice but to part with it :crying:

She said

The pieces you really like, keep them. Who knows you may want them at a later date. If you don't want to part with them, save them for your children or future nieces. Otherwise, charity would be the best way to go.

Re: Old Artificial Jewellery

off the top of my head ...
break bits apart that can be broken apart ... decorate/spruce up plain shoes.
stick it onto heavy cardboard/fabric and frame it ... wall art.
stick it onto plain glass gars/vase/glasses .... fill with supplementing beads/potpourri .... keep it understated ...

Re: Old Artificial Jewellery

ehle i love the plain glass jar Idea :e6: that way i wont have to part with it and it will be n a different use :e6: … I knew some one would come up with a new idea :hugz:

Re: Old Artificial Jewellery

***You can:

wear a solitary earring tucked into a kurta/shirt button hole in front as an embellishment.

attach 2 pairs of earring on four corners of a dupatta.

hang them in the dresser with glass doors where you keep dinner plates and such.

attach them to vases/floral arrangements in the living room/drawing room.
