I started out my day with some kababs (red meat) and an apple.
I figure I can get away with some meat early in the day.
Desi, green tea is a good idea...Ill pick it up today.

ginger tea is good too, great for digestion. Bon: You need to incorporate more food into your daily routine, once slice of toast for brekkie is not enough. How about oatmeal with fresh fruit? Have sandwiches for lunch, with salad. It's important to have a balanced diet thats nutritious too.

Breakfast -
Yogurt cup
Slice of toasted whole wheat bread
Lunch -
Skipped it, I was out and about so snacked on some gummy bears :(
Dinner -
Tuna salad sandwich
Worked out today:::: Hour long strength training class with 30 minutes of cardio
No peanut butter at all Sadzzz. :)

I think I eat enough for us both on a daily basis:smack: Woman if you are burning off so many calories you also need to eat sufficiently. Plus with the added running around and everyday stressing, you need to be eating properly.
I am not happy with your eating patterns Missy. Eat 5 small portions throughout the better, that is better for you in the long run.

Okay. Bonnie is cheating this weekend as its a stupid social weekend and no amount of dieting is helping me.
