Obviously this is from UK but what the heck is this sign really saying. Can you guys explain this sign to me? specially the people from UK..

I believe it’s one round about, which consists of a number of other smaller roundabouts, exactly as the picture shows.
I saw one a few weeks ago which was a huge roundabout. It had two ‘rings’ of traffic around it (one for cars going clockwise, the other for cars going anitclockwise) At each exit/entrance there was a smaller roundabout (5 in all).
Negotiating that thing was an interesting experience to say the least
my goodness, I'd be so scared to drive on those roads...so much confusion!

Not only the signs confusing, but they are on the left side.
hmmmm, welll trust me folks, it looks confusing but it isnt, its pretty simple i think, all u gotta do iss,
give way to whoever is coming from ur right n thats it, dont worry about the cars on ur left, they,ll give way to u, so its kinda easy, just like a normal round about, but trust mee if this was in pakistan, i swear it wud b a chaos.
