How To Log In Da ChatRooms…Helpppppppppppppppppppp
Ok I need that secret too!!!!! Let's get going people.
Hmmm...i was wondering, what if u have mirc, could u logon using that? there is a channel #gupshup (if u log on using irc phoneix, you end up in a channel with two bots, forzy and prinz). It is really empty all the time (assuming it is the same one that u log on using the browser version avaiable here). Still waiting to try it out...

Aaahmm…dilwale bhai, i have the same questions as u. I am not very computer literate either…and I can bet that anyone with the slightest knowledge of computers will find a thousand and one mistakes in my previous post. 
o.k. i’ll go step by step.
- there is some chat software available on the internet (mirc), which is what they are using on this site for chatting purposes. (I think). you can download it from http://www.mirc.com
- the user interface for that software is different. you can log on from different servers (after connecting to the internet ofcourse). The default chat options that appear on the chat site (on pak.org that is) show that they are using the irc, efnet phoneix server to connect. u can choose that from the huge list of server options available to u if u are using mirc.
- after choosing that server, (and filling in all the appropriate fields with ur nick, name, e-mail etc.), u can connect to tht server.
- after doing that, a window pops up, listing some channels which u can join. type gupshup in that window, and press enter.
Voila! u end up in a channel thats virtually empty most of the time. (well, all of the time whenever i have logged on). The only evidence that there is someone supervising the channel are the two bots (ummm…two artifical operators i think, that basically control the events on that channel. Kick users if they are being vulgar etc.)
Now, after all of that, all i want to know is that is it the same thing as logging on from the browser version, which i think uses java script (not sure here). Phew!
