OK Military Dictator is gone ...what about civilian dictators?

Do you think these parties are democratic political parties when you read these news about the parties:

  • Muslim League (N) nai election k bycott kerney k **SAREY IKHTERYAAT Nawaz Sharif ko dai deyee **

  • PPP nai deal per faisla kerney k **SAREY IKHTERIYAT Banezir ko dai deyee
    **

  • Tehreek-e-Insaf nai flan faisla kerney k **SAREY IKHTERYAYAT Imran Khan ko dai deyee **

and list goes on for pretty much every political party

What credibility is left in their movement for democracy? How can they criticize Mush (or any other dictator) of being a “dictator” and running the country “single handedly” ?

SAREY IKHTERIYAT = Power to make decision

No he is not. He is still there. He won't be gone until he leaves politics too, and is brought to justice for treason...baring few job hazards...

Re: OK Military Dictator is gone ...what about civilian dictators?

Their movement was only for taking/fighting over the reigns. Now its OUR (public) job to push them to ask our opinion, let us chose our leadership within the parties.

Lets raise our voices against the undemocratic behavior of these parties.

Re: OK Military Dictator is gone ...what about civilian dictators?

Lets..

I am not holding my breath though, u are among a handful of people who think this way. majority of the nation is willing to kiss nawaz, BB, altaf, qazi, fazl etc feet.

Re: OK Military Dictator is gone ...what about civilian dictators?

When every now and then political process is derailed by usurpers, then political culture cannot develop. Let the democracy run uninterrupted and more true leaders like Imran and Justice Wajihuddin wil eventually rise to power.

Re: OK Military Dictator is gone …what about civilian dictators?

:rotfl:

“True” leader Immi bhai supported Mush more than I support him

Re: OK Military Dictator is gone …what about civilian dictators?

How can a person support some one more or less? Either you with him or you aint.

Re: OK Military Dictator is gone ...what about civilian dictators?

Not really .....

1- You can support SOME actions of a person and oppose some other actions which you think are wrong

2- You can SUPPORT person's all actions blindly

3- You can OPPOSE person's all actions blindly

I am a supporter of Mush as describe in point 1, Immi bhai was the supporter of Mush as describe in point 2 and now he is the opposer of Mush as describe in point 3. Point 2 & 3 people normally love or hate persons rather than their actions

Re: OK Military Dictator is gone ...what about civilian dictators?

What are those few exceptions you dont support, whereas you are very supportive to propagate his speeches, news and words?

Re: OK Military Dictator is gone ...what about civilian dictators?

To start with

  • I dont support the BAN on media .... Although i fully support Mush's point of view that Media was fuming the fire but he should have dealt it some other way. My 4 years old son was scared to death when GEO all of a sudden without warning showed dead bodies and head of the corps. He is still scared and he cant sleep alone in his room now .....he repeats what he saw on GEO from time to time. ..... "baba where was the body of the head" and "baba who OUCHED this man?" are his questions which still haunt me

  • I dont support the way he kept quite to the brutality of MQM and other terrorist organizations in Karachi on 12th May

and many more .....

Re: OK Military Dictator is gone ...what about civilian dictators?

Although I am with you and captain bhai on this but BB, Nawaz, Imran and Altaf (? even Qazi) have enough support within their parties to suggest that they would win any leadership contest hands down. So whatever they say is in effect reciprocating atleast the majority view of their respective parties. As things stand it would just be an academic exercise.

That said they should all probably have a leadership vote within their parties every 4 years or so.

Re: OK Military Dictator is gone ...what about civilian dictators?

Are you short of time? You can elaborate on many more.

I don't think that a 4 year old kid is suppose to watch Geo Tv anyway. Although I'm not justifying the projection of this very matter by Geo. Besides that, It's a weak stance on not supporting Musharraf. What's with the rest? The arrests of many many....

Isn't Point two and one enough of boycotting him and his policies?
I wonder what else was needed to convince you.
Whole Families hanged on trees like in 1960s of State Tennessee?

Re: OK Military Dictator is gone …what about civilian dictators?

AS soon as I see any BETTER alternative, I’ll switch my loyalties but if you ask me to pick one from

Mush
BB
NS
Altaf
Shujat
Immi
Fazal
Qazi

I’ll pick Mush … hands down ! :k:

Re: OK Military Dictator is gone …what about civilian dictators?

Well, guess what Mush is in bed with Fazulu, Shujat, Altaf and possibly BB. It can’t get any direty than that.

Re: OK Military Dictator is gone …what about civilian dictators?

Dude you did not pick Musharraf. He occupied the country.

So will the next dictator and you may not like the next one.

Re: OK Military Dictator is gone ...what about civilian dictators?

You think

Mush, Fazlu, Shujat, Altaf and BB bed

is more dirty than

NS, Immi, Qazi, Khar, Asfand yaar Wali, Bhugti ?

:)

Re: OK Military Dictator is gone …what about civilian dictators?

Re: OK Military Dictator is gone ...what about civilian dictators?

Koeley kee dal-la-lee main hath tu kaley hoon gaay :)

Re: OK Military Dictator is gone ...what about civilian dictators?

Well, my point was that if you're picking Mush thn you're picking all of them. Its package deal. Buy one get 3 free, which includes munafeeq, murderer and thief along with the thug. BTW, I don't support any of them, and FYI Bhugti is dead unless he came back from the grave. :D

Re: OK Military Dictator is gone ...what about civilian dictators?

No doubt the bold bed is lot dirtier than the latter.
