try the paiyouji. you will see it work quickily too asu have a healthy diet and u go gym reg, the weight will drop off… only do it three months tho.
i dont think u are doing anything wrong just rem too be healthy u should only be loosing about 2lbs a week.
make sure u dont eat late either some times bodies take longerr to change. then after that it will be ok.
but i would look into paiyouji
