i want to loose weight around 10 kilo’s anything above that would be bonus!!
i would like to loose it before or mid june so i have around 3 months…
i recently joinned gym and go to gym 4-5 times a week and workout for around an hour…
i don’t eat junk food or very fattening food…eat rice rarely…eat brown bread…pasta may be once a week…eat 4-5 portions of friuts a day… drink skimmed milk…eat small two chapati’s with normal salan at home…drink 2-3 cups of green tea a day, drink honey/lemon water in the morning, i also drink apple cider vinegar…and also eat a clove of garlic choped but thats for my sinus as it really helps for sinus but i have also heard its good for weight loss!!!
i really don’t know where i am wrong…i eat small portions…4-6 times a day…walk a lot…i also am a water freak…i drink about 2-3 litres of water a day…at room temprature!!
i did had some hormonal probs but thats ok now…
i really dont know whats wrong…went to doc but she was like oh its fine u will be fine bla bla and it wasnt help!!
i now wana know a realistic meal plan as i am a student and dun infact cant survive on eating 1 toast and cup of tea for breakfast etc as i have to run around a lot during the day to college etc and its a bit obvious if u r hungry or sugar level is low u will end up binge eating to feel better…
so can someone please help me and tell me if 10 kilo’s are a realistic goal to achieve in around 3 months…and if i follow a plan…how long does it take to notice any weight loss…
i am size 12-14 but want to be size 10
and i am sorry if these kind of plans has been braged on gs for years,…i have only started being a bit more regular recently!!!
1..how long have you been working out? & monitoring your weight?
2.. are you going through scale or measuring tape for fat-loss check?
3.. what kind of exercises you do in gym?
4.. what is you current protein intake?
5.. in gym, do you have a trainer or you do by yourself?
and in your breakfast tea means green tea or "chai"?
try the paiyouji. you will see it work quickily too asu have a healthy diet and u go gym reg, the weight will drop off.... only do it three months tho.
i dont think u are doing anything wrong just rem too be healthy u should only be loosing about 2lbs a week.
make sure u dont eat late either some times bodies take longerr to change. then after that it will be ok.

I JUST posted in another thread about losing weight. Try looking in there. You are doing some excellent things already.
Replace some of your carb heavy meals with protein shakes (whey protein mixed with milk). You can also try HIIT (google it or again check my post in the other thread).
one hour at the gym 5 times a week should do the trick
What are you doing at the gym? 1 hour of walking is not going to cut it.
Divide the time 30 minute cardio and 30 minute strength training.
For Cardio: (running, ellptical) - add in intervals. 2 minutes of average speed, then 2 minutes of high intensity workout.
For Strength - start with jumping jacks, squats, lunges, biceps curls etc. You can google a "30 minute circuit" as well.
Do this for a week and hope you get the results that you are looking for.
Thats right... along with that eat small meals every 2 hours. Plan your meal according to the time you are most active... at the time you are less active avoid carbs. Best thing is to have a good nutritious breakfast and limit your portions for the rest of the day. Try power yoga it helps.
