1st rule: if a guy is interested in you, he will make a move and ask you out! if he isnt even he want to then he doesnt have the guts so he will not be worth it to keep a person who u have to spoon feed all life.
if doest ask you out first, then may be he is not intersted or he has someone on his mind already. you may not know it. guys are not that fair. so even in this case, its good it hasnt happened.
apart from everything, if a person doesnt have the decency to tell you he is comming or not then seriously he is not worth it!
