because i have extremely oily skin and every time i wear a kajal it smudges .I have bought a dozen black liner pencils but noone stays in place. The only thing i suppose that wud stay in place wud be liquid liner but i havent tried becuase i am afraid it wud go in my eye=/
so is there something i can do to keep it in place.or liner pencil that doesnt smudge.

I had the same problem it was so frustrating. I asked a MAC cosmetition (not sure if that's a real word lol) and she told me to dust some powder under my eyes and it will help set the liner. Don't use liquid becuase it will probably go in your eye and look too harsh!
Gel eyeliners don't really smudge, try Bobbi Brown/MAC

Yeah i was gonna say that, Put some loose powder there, It stops it from being oily.

my eye lids are oily :( thats why I can never put on eye shadow by myself
