aoa. i have long thick hair till waist. my hair are oily.. iam suffering from hair fall and dandruff problem .
can i use olive oil for my oily hair…

Shampooing daily won't help and it will actually lead to more hair loss.
Do you apply an oil or conditioner after shampooing?
Try to avoid excessive oils on the scalp after shampooing. I apply coconut oil to my hail BEFORE I shampoo it and it comes out looking great.
Also, avoid taking showers with hot water as that can make your hair weaker and also dry out your scalp.
if you need some treatment after shampooing, get a good argan or moroccan oil but use it mainly at the roots of your hair and don't put it on your scalp first.
Also change up your shampoo once in a while don't always use the same old thing if it's not working for you.
