like every morning when i shower. but now i have stopped using shampoo everyday, now i do it every second day unless i have applied oil the night before. i think the shampoo everyday and hot water ruined my hair

You shouldn’t wash ur hair everyday, it makes your hair brittle esp. with all the chemicals in the shampoo. The water shouldn’t be boiling hot (so that it burns ur scalp ) Caryy on the way u are going right now
